Preschool of the Arts provides two options for families who might need help with tuition.
Tuition Assistance – We understand that families sometimes face unexpected hurdles and hardships. To ensure that our current families experiencing financial challenges can attend without interruption, we offer tuition assistance. These short-term, temporary tuition reductions are available for our current families in need. Scholarship – In an effort to broaden our community and welcome more families to our school, we also provide more substantial permanent tuition reductions. PSA is thrilled to offer a limited number of partial, half, and/or full scholarships. The amount and number of scholarships available will depend on the number of applications we receive, the amount requested and what each applicant is qualified for.
When does the scholarship begin?
This scholarship is for the 2025-2026 school year. Enrollment and assistance would begin September 2, 2025 and continue through August 2026. The scholarship would follow the child through their entire enrollment in our school.
What age children can apply?
The child should be age 2 to 5 on the start date, September 2, 2025
What’s involved in the scholarship process?
Initial applications are due November 12. Families will hear regarding their application no later than November 22. Applicants invited to the second phase of the process will be asked to submit tax information and attend a virtual or in-person meeting.
How much funding can families expect?
Either one full or two partial scholarships will be available. Amounts will be determined during the second phase of the application period.
The distribution of funds for both of these programs will be based on:
- Funds available, both through our annual budget and fundraising.
- Number and need of applicants. Applicants may be asked to submit income verification documents including tax returns.
All applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee. Any and all application details will be kept confidential.
