Abby Boette SrikanthanAbby is a pediatric occupational therapist who works with children, adolescents, and families helping to empower people to become independent in daily tasks, connect mind and body, and regulate their nervous system. She often work with folks who are neurodivergent and/or struggling with mental health challenges. She has seen and experienced the ripple effect that compassionate care has not only on individuals but on communities. Her love for the arts is in part what attracted her to PSA’s mission and purpose. Her child attends PSA.
Anna LindbergAnna worked at the Wisconsin Department Children and Families during the pandemic as a policy and program leader to launch funding broadly across Wisconsin’s 0 to K children to get schools open during the pandemic, provide funding to teachers and schools, and provide stipends to low-income families. At present, she is a Director at Exact Sciences leading a large team with a strategy and vision, managing large budgets, navigating legal, government policies and statutes, operations, and promoting DE&I within a large organization. Her daughter attends PSA.
Bailey LagmanBailey is an attorney – a shareholder with a small Madison based firm. she have actively practiced law – specifically in the areas of business law, elder law, estate planning, and the like – for 10 years now.  In addition to the practice of law, she manage and oversee the business of the firm on a day to day basis as director of legal operations. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors for a 501(3)(c) in the Madison area – Box of Balloons – which is an organization that arranges for birthday parties for young children in underserved communities. Bailey is mom to two children presently at PSA and one child who recently departed PSA (begrudgingly).
Erica Furukawa
President-Elect
Erica is a finance and risk management leader at TruStage, which provides insurance and investment solutions to consumers and businesses. Previously, she served as a leader in the public accounting sector and gained experience consulting across a wide variety of industries and organizations of all sizes. She is passionate about future-proofing organizations, team building, supporting career development, environmental sustainability, and exploring Asian culture. Her family is Japanese-American and has been a part of the PSA community since 2015. Erica firmly believes that “Nothing without Joy,”  a key principle of the Reggio Emilia approach, is a great way of life.
Ivy Cao
Treasurer
Ivy is a seasoned Product and Data Analytics leader with diverse experiences in Financial Tech and Retail Tech. She has a background in Mathematics and is a Wisconsin Business School MBA. She is passionate about community building, career coaching, Women in STEM, and DE&I. She has two bilingual kids (Chinese/English), Iris (Green Room Alum) and Aster (Purple Room). They have been a PSA family since 2022.
Jamie GutkowskiJamie is an IT Director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with expertise in strategic planning, change leadership, organizational improvement, and the management of staff, finances, and services. Her family has been part of the PSA community since 2024. Jamie and her family enjoy spending time hiking, biking, playing at the park, and spending time with friends and family.

President
Molly Dewey is an entrepreneur, corporate coach, and strategic consultant in the learning & development space. She is passionate about early childhood education and is a proud parent of two PSA students.
Noah RellesNoah is a trial lawyer who works on behalf of people who are injured as a result of someone else who has acted carelessly. He previously served on the board of directors from 2021-24 while his older child was enrolled.
Olutola AdegboroOlutola “Ola” Adegboro is a Network and Telecom Engineer in the insurance industry, focusing on acquisitions and the implementation of new technologies in an enterprise environment. Ola holds a master’s degree in computer science, as well as two bachelor’s degrees in psychology and computer science. Ola has a daughter, who is currently enrolled in the Gold Room.
Patrick RandolphPatrick is an educator turned farmer with a passion for food, community, and learning. For the first decade of his career, he worked in higher education administration, earning both a B.S. and M.Ed. His last stop was at The Aspen Institute designing curriculum and assessments for their Youth Leadership Development programs, including creating and running the Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship. In 2021, inspired by a love for regenerative agriculture and a desire to heal the land, he shifted into farming. That experience has deepened his appreciation for local food systems and for hands-on education (something he sees everyday at PSA).
Pearl Han LiPearl is a developmental psychologist and Assistant Professor at UW-Madison, where her research focuses on how children learn from what they are told across cultures. She holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Minnesota and completed postdoctoral training at Duke University. Pearl works closely with children and families through her research, which usually involves activities such as storytelling, games, or problem-solving tasks to understand how children make moral judgments and learn new information. As a first-generation immigrant and the parent of a bilingual 3-year-old at PSA, she enjoys movies and exploring local nature spots with her family.
Sam RikkersA year and a half ago Sam’s family joined the PSA community. His eldest daughter is thriving in the Rainbow Room and youngest is slated to start in September. He’s honored to give back in service to the PSA board. An attorney, though not presently practicing, Sam has a background in economic and community development at the state, national, and international level.
Sonali HansonSonali currently serves as the managing partner at Nextpoint Law Group, and as general counsel for their sister software company, Nextpoint, Inc.  She specializes in the intersection of law, data, and technology.  Sonali is the proud parent of Mila, who is currently in her first year at PSA.  In her spare time, she enjoys any excuse to throw a good party, try a new recipe, or explore a new destination.
Zhe (Gigi) AnGigi is an assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education at UW-Madison, specializing in early childhood inclusive education. Before entering academia, she was a special educator, early educator, and behavioral therapist. She and her husband, Brandon, are raising two bilingual children, Sagan (3, Oakroom) and Nova (10 months) along with their 5-year-old Cavapoo, Leo. As a family, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and cooking a variety of cuisines.

Penny Robbins

Dr. Penny Robbins is the Executive Director of Preschool of the Arts.

The Board represents families and is an oversight group, providing strategy and support to furthering the mission and vision of Preschool of the Arts. The board approves PSA’s long term and annual goals, oversees the Executive Director, and monitors the financial management of the school.
